A member of PROCON’s Executive Management Team, Ben plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving operational excellence across its integrated design-build services. With nearly two decades of industry experience—all with PROCON—Ben brings deep expertise in managing complex, large-scale construction projects across a wide range of sectors, including mixed-use, hospitality, commercial/industrial, education, aviation, and residential developments. His leadership ensures seamless coordination between field teams and project stakeholders, resulting in high-performing jobsites and consistently successful outcomes. Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, Ben is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration across all project teams. He is passionate about building environments where people and projects thrive—delivering not just buildings, but long-term value for clients and communities. Ben holds a degree in Business Management from Cedarville University.
