With support from the BBTT Tool Grant, Manchester School of Technology's Electrical Technology program is replacing outdated, limited-supply tools with professional-grade Milwaukee® equipment — no more sharing tools or waiting for access. Reliable, industry-standard tools let every student actively participate in hands-on training, using the same equipment they'll encounter in the workforce. Safety remains foundational: students complete formal safety training and demonstrate competency before working independently, and they're expected to check tools in and out and return them in proper working condition, mirroring real job site conditions.
