Monthly Student Scholarships

Bring Back the Trades Inc. awards scholarships to students from across the United States who are attending post-secondary education in the Skilled Trades.

Monthly scholarships of $1,500 are awarded and sent directly to the secondary school the award recipient attends. Additional scholarships are awarded periodically as additional funds are raised through donations or sponsorships of our events.

Applying is easy! Simply complete the Bring Back the Trades Student Scholarship Application Form explaining why you deserve the scholarship.

Tool Grant Program

Bring Back the Trades Inc. awards Tool Grants to public schools and nonprofit organizations across the United States that offer education in the Skilled Trades. Milwaukee Tool is sponsoring this program in 2026.

Monthly tool grants valued at $1,500 are awarded and sent directly to the school or nonprofit organization chosen.

Applying is easy! Simply complete the Bring Back the Trades Tool Grant Program Application Form. Applications are considered for up to six months. You may reapply after six months and can win up to once every three years. Read more about the Bring Back the Trades Tool Grant Program.

Textile Tool Grant Program

Bring Back the Trades Inc. is embarking on a Pilot Textile Tool Grant to be awarded to a public school in the Boston area that offers education in the Textile Industry. Designer Draperies of Boston is sponsoring this pilot program in 2026.

One Boston-area public high school will be awarded two commercial-grade industrial sewing machines and a semester of professional mentorship.
