I am currently graduating with my electrical construction degree and am pursuing welding to master a second trade that demands precision, discipline, and continuous learning. From the moment I struck my first arc, I was drawn to the combination of science and artistry required to ensure the strength and integrity of every weld. My ultimate goal is to take these skills back to my rural hometown, where skilled tradespeople are heavily needed, and give back to my community. This scholarship would help cover the costs of tools, specialized training, and certifications, making me a more versatile professional ready to build and maintain vital infrastructure.
