At 35 with a growing family, I chose to switch careers to plumbing because I excel at working with my hands and wanted a reliable trade that ensures I can always provide for my wife and kids. Leaving the unfulfilling routine of a desk job for practical, hands-on problem-solving has already made my first month in the trade incredibly satisfying.
