Jeff Conway is an accomplished financial executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in investment strategy, portfolio construction, and derivatives. Most recently, he served as Chief Investment Officer at PGIM Custom Harvest, overseeing $5.5 billion in assets and leading portfolio strategy and trading following PGIM’s acquisition of Green Harvest Asset Management, where he also served as CIO. Jeff previously founded Rye Global Investors, a boutique wealth management firm focused on risk management and innovative investment strategies. His earlier career includes senior roles at UBS Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley, and UBS, where he specialized in equity, commodity, rate, credit, and hedge fund derivatives. Now based in Rye, NH, Jeff is taking time with family after a successful career and brings to Bring Back the Trades a strong commitment to community, strategic insight, and a passion for creating opportunities for the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
