Johanna Hauptman is a co-owner of Michie Concrete Products, a family-owned business since 1974 specializing in precast concrete manufacturing, ready-mix concrete supply for residential and commercial applications, and gravel pit operations. She serves as Accounting Manager, Office Manager, and Credit Manager, where she oversees financial operations including accounting, payroll, cash management, credit and collections, and banking relationships, while leading administrative and accounting staff. Growing up in and now helping lead a family business, Johanna has seen firsthand the value, pride, and opportunity that careers in the trades can provide. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Dickinson College. She also has served on the Henniker Chamber Board and holds additional certificates from the National Precast Concrete Association.
